These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Buy4Sales (“Administrator”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and any individual or entity (“User”, “you”) accessing or using our website, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Buy4Sales is an online marketplace that enables users to publish listings, communicate with other users, and facilitate transactions.
We are not a manufacturer, distributor, reseller, agent, or service provider for any goods or services advertised on the Platform. Transactions occur directly between users, and Buy4Sales is not a party to such agreements.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, reliability, quality, or suitability of listings.
We do not guarantee the existence, safety, legality, accuracy, or quality of goods or services posted by users, nor the ability of buyers or sellers to complete transactions.
Users are strongly advised to inspect goods before payment and to meet in safe public locations.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious, fraudulent, or prohibited activity.
By using Buy4Sales, you agree that you will:
Users posting goods or services must provide accurate descriptions, correct pricing, and reachable contact details.
We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable laws without prior notice.
Basic use of the Platform may be free. However, we may offer paid features such as promotional listings or premium placement.
Fees are disclosed on the Platform and may be updated at our discretion. Unless required by law, payments for digital services are non-refundable.
Users retain ownership of content they post. By submitting content, you grant Buy4Sales a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for operating and promoting the Platform.
All Platform trademarks, logos, design elements, and software are the property of Buy4Sales and may not be used without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buy4Sales shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user for services within the six (6) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buy4Sales, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of such third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria. The seat of arbitration shall be Lagos, Nigeria, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
